Koliko dugo traje proces kupovine stana?

Koliko novca trebam izdvojiti za kaparu?
Uobičajena kapara iznosi 10% ukupne vrijednosti stana. Ovaj iznos služi kao potvrda vaše ozbiljne namjere i rezerviše stan dok se završava ostatak procedure. U slučaju kupovine putem kredita, mogući su fleksibilniji dogovori u saradnji s bankom. Također, u posebnim slučajevima (npr. kupovina više stanova), moguća je i individualna korekcija uslova kapare.
